Autonomous Robotic Vehicle Project (ARVP) is an engineering student project group at the University of Alberta located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our workspace is located in ETLC 3-002. We accept new members at any time through our Discord.
Images uploaded to this website may have metadata. Visitors to this website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Articles on this site include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Members of ARVP may receive a profile on our website that contains their image and contact information, which are voluntarily provided to us by the member. The profile, and its contents, are retained indefinitely, regardless of their membership status. Members that do not receive a profile on our website and have their membership revoked due to inactivity, ARVP will retain any personal data provide for a minimum period of one (1) year. After this period their personal data will be expunged from our servers and databases.
For users of our website, we also store the personal information in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
As part of the Personal information Protection Act, our members and users have the right to request access to their own personal information. Should you wish to view or change your personal information, or withdraw your consent, you may (i) notify an Executive member through Discord, or (ii) submit an official request to contact@arvp.org. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
